Lunatics
Mr. Jejo: "Amsterdam is the Mecca, man. It's like the real capitol of the world. We got everything locked down. We get weed from stores / f50,- for whores / You want anything more? / Organized by the law."

Lunatic #1: Mr. Heron

"
Started off in 1994. Inspired by Mr. Jejo. I want to have the same ability he got."

Mr. Heron: "Royal Blood Complot is the name of the whole team. Royal for the peeps who are in and blood for the family. And complot because we are all focused to get something together. It's like a family. Few nephews, few friends. We're all from Amsterdam."

Mr. Heron:
"
So these niggers are from Old-West and I'm right now from the South-east. So as you see, all-Amsterdam. Come check the red-light district."

Lunatic #2: Mr. Jejo.

"
I'm the oldest member of the group. Been in the game the longest of us all."

Mr. Jejo: "Amsterdam is the Mecca, man. It's like the real capitol of the world. We got everything locked down. We get weed from stores / f50,- for whores / You want anything more? / Organized by the law."
AQ: So New York is Medina and Amsterdam is Mecca?
Mr. Heron: "
Let me say it like this. If Amsterdam had the climate of the Amazon it would be paradise!"

Lunatic #3: Buddha Polm

"
Been in the game quite a bit. Mr. Jejo brought me in. And now we are doing our thing."

Mr. Jejo: "I was born in Surinam. But now living in Amsterdam, The Netherlands."

Lunatic #4: DJ Edson, B-boy Connection.

"
I'm very busy right now. Ain't got no time."

Lunatic #5: Dark Devil.
He is the producer and a nephew of Mr. Heron.
Starting off together with Mr. Jejo helping him out with the beats.

Mr.Heron: "The streets Jejo walked, we walked with him. He was in the background and still is. He's not even here".

Mr. Heron: "
We were working for a long time. Developing and going through different stages. And it became time to drop something. So we moved on. Decided that the best thing for us was to drop it on vinyl independently. The DJ still is the core of HipHop. He can make you and break you. That's why on vinyl. We started off our own label: Killer Label. The philosophy
behind it is simple: kill a label. It has to be a sub label. Of course if something comes along we will accept it. But now we stay our own man."
Buddha Polm: "That is what it is. Doing our own thing being our own man."
Mr. Heron: "
We want to see everybody around us grow. Everybody needs to push somebody. On your own you will not get there. On your own you will sink like an anchor. And we want to make it our profession. I'm not relying on this to pay my bills. Because we are not on that stage jet. But there is gonna be a time that everybody is gonna live of this. This is an investment in your own right now. On the end of this road..."
Buddha Polm: "
We are gonna get paid from this. We are gonna get paid."

AQ: How do you sell it?
Mr. Heron: "
We do our own distribution. My manager hooked up with a couple of distributors. It's in the shops but its' local. You can get it in Rhythm Import, Fat Beats Amsterdam, Soul Food, Platenboef etc. etc. Outside we are still working on covering it. Covering Belgium, France and Germany. It's not yet worldwide. But we are working on it."

AQ: One of the songs is 'Willy', tell me something about it.
Buddha Polm: "
Willy is just looking around, man. All those peoples want to act like Willy. Big style, you know. But they haven't got style. They still want to be big star. We just want to explain what Willy's about, man. They need to quit that shit, man. Willys are always those who are fronting on shit, man."
Mr. Heron: "It's like Willy... people acting out of proportion. People acting out of character. They got something but want to flash it. But they really not need to flash it, because it can get you in serious trouble. It can attract eyes that you don't want to see it. Those eyes are negative eyes."
Buddha Polm: "
It's always the broke niggers that are watching. The broke niggers ain't happy man."
Mr. Heron: "In the song we show you the live as a Willy. We pull you in and at the end we smack you out! Keep both feet on the ground and think straight. There is no need to show all that shit. That is big Willy."

AQ: 'The Heat is on'?
Mr. Jejo: "
That is the song we get the most response on, positive response that is. 'Yeah we like the B side' stuff like that."
AQ: On the a-side you get negative response?
Mr. Jejo: "
No, no, no, less response. The b-side was really the favorite. We got some more of that on the next 12". 'The Heat Is On' is how we like to rap just beats and lyrics. Nice pieces and it all falls together. It's not really a topic. Everybody got his own experience with the 'heat is on'. We all dropped each own version of the 'heat is on'."
AQ: Next 12", what's the name?
Buddha Polm: "
The a-side is 'Step into the Disco' and the b-side is gonna be called 'Mafia.'"
