TaskForce & Mark B present
‘New Mic Order’.

The British HipHop scene lives up with some fresh releases. One of them is the ‘New Mic Order’ by Task Force and Mark B. Task Force is a collective of key players in the UK scene. Mr. Thing from Scratch Perverts, performs his wrist acrobatics on the LP. The lyrics are laid down by Eno-Red Rum, Chester P Hackenbush. If that dude doesn’t get in the picture with his skills, the spotlight will be on him for the longest MC name. And do not forget: Farma G. Members of the North London's Mud Family and Bury Crew. Mark B is a name that always shows up if there is an article or some info about the British scene. And now we know why, his production is wicked.

The album begins kinda weak with the first song ‘One Step Ahead’. But it takes off good with ‘I Wish’, with a mystery bass line and beat. "There is no hope in wishes if they don’t come true" and "If I had a vision of death I would take out my eyes." That child play continues when we all grow up. ‘Brothers McBane’ follows it up. ‘Graforiginees’ an ultimate bombing song for on the tracks for those who rather be a graffer than a player. "If you're back against the wall, turn around and spray on it." These are the best tracks. The album’s sound will appeal to headnodders who are not on (not my) Uncle Sam’s dick.
